Meet the Team

Sarah

Sarah is the founder of HIIT Pilates and creator of SOMA, a wellness coaching method designed to help people build strength, energy, and balance in everyday life.

A passionate STOTT® Certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, Sarah opened HIIT Pilates in 2019 with a vision to create a boutique space where Pilates feels accessible, welcoming, and empowering for everyone. Her classes are dynamic yet supportive—designed to help clients feel stronger, more confident, and inspired to keep moving.

Over the years, Sarah has expanded her work beyond the studio through SOMA, blending movement, mindset, and lifestyle coaching to help clients create sustainable habits and lasting change both physically and mentally.

At HIIT Pilates, Sarah’s energy, expertise, and commitment to client experience are felt in every class and every detail of the studio. 

Cara

Cara is a qualified Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor with a mission: to empower you through movement. Her classes fuse classical Pilates foundations with an athletic edge, leaving you feeling strong, flexible, and energised.
Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned mover, Cara focuses on building core strength from the ground up, because she truly believes that mastering your body’s foundations can be life-changing.
When she’s not cueing the perfect plank (her love language), you’ll find her fine-tuning Pictures in Photoshop, sipping on a flat white, or grooving to Barry White. Cara brings both strength and sass to every session.

Casey

Casey began her movement journey as a dancer, later channelling that passion into becoming a certified Pilates and barre instructor. Over the past 10 years, she’s honed her own unique teaching style – blending strength, flexibility, and flow. Drawing on her dance background, Casey loves to challenge her clients with creative sequences and dynamic use of props, keeping every class fresh, fun, and effective. Expect to leave her sessions feeling energised, empowered, and deeply worked

Shauni

Shauni has a background in gymnastics & competitive cheerleading and began her training as a mat Pilates instructor in 2021. After life took some unexpected turns in lockdown, she found a love for Pilates and used it to rediscover herself and rebuild her confidence and began teaching in 2022. Shauni’s background as a support worker means she is perfectly equipped to offer inclusive & accessible sessions, meeting her clients where they are on their fitness journey and helping them move forward. She loves seeing her client’s confidence and strength improve, both in the body and the mind. As her love for teaching grew, shauni is also qualified in yoga, Barre and pre & post-natal Pilates. Shauni’s nickname is ‘Sunshine’, come to one of her classes and you’ll see why.
